Reservation process
- Booking request is sent to apartment owners (e-mail, by phone or in person).
- Apartment owners respond to the request, and if the answer is yes, then the guest are required to pay in advance the amount of 20% of the total amount (minimum of EUR 50,00). Reservations are final upon receipt of deposit, and apartment owners agree to maintain a free apartment in a period agreed with the guests until their arrival.
- A negative answer to the request: Apartment owners are authorized to reject the request for any reason.
- The procedure of cancellation of accommodation: If guest cancels the reservation after paying the deposit, and if the reservation is canceled in a period shorter than 10 days until the arrival of guests, then the apartment owners are entitled to retain the entire amount of the deposit. If the reservation is canceled for a period longer than 10 days before the arrival, then the apartment owners are entitled to keep 50% of the deposit, while they are required to refund other 50% of deposit.
Settlement of accounts
- All invoices must be paid in the first hour the first day of the arrival to the apartment, or the guests will have to vacate the apartment, and the apartment owners will keep their advance (if previously paid). Settlement of accounts includes payment for the whole amount of the accommodation, reduced by the advance.
- Refunds: No refund after the guests began to use the apartment, and after they settled the account, regardless of the circumstances.
House Rules
- Staying in the apartment starts at 14h on the first day and ends at 10h on the last day. Last day of sojourn (day of leaving the apartment) is not counted in the total number of days stayed.
